With a simple user interface, making connections to USB devices is as easy as connection it through a network interface. They are detected on the network and SharePort Plus displays the name, type, status and the model of the device as well as the network parameters such as the IP address, Ethernet and hostname.

Getting USB devices connected and recognized on the PC is quick and simple; when usage of the connected device is done, just hit 'Disconnect'.

Settings involved include launching at startup, balloon notifications of errors, confirmation of disconnections and connections and to automatically recognize and install new USB devices that have been connected. Automatic refresh configuration is also possible from between 3 and 60 seconds.
